Refund policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at goo-ki1@outlook.com or login to your account to initiate your return request. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Freight not being covered if there was no product quality issue. A 10% return fee will be charged for each order. Please provide tracking number within 7 days since we sent a return approvement to you, otherwise we will close return request when timeout. We will process refund within 3-5 business days since the returned items are delivered.

Product Quality Issue Standards

Quality-related defects eligible for return refer to flaws that directly hinder the normal functionality and usability of cabinet hardware. This includes visible surface blemishes like deep scratches or dents on pull handles, prominent coating peeling that exposes the base material, stripped screw holes that prevent secure installation, and warped or distorted pull shapes that cannot fit or operate as intended, and incorrect dimensions - such as handle length or hole center that does not match the specifications stated in the product description.

Minor color discrepancies are not classified as quality defects. Slight hue variations for finishes such as antique brass or champagne bronze may occur due to differences in production batches and manufacturing lines, which is an unavoidable industry norm. Additionally, subtle color differences can arise between pull handles and knobs because of their distinct surface structures during the electroplating process. Except for standard solid finishes (e.g., matte black, stainless steel) with universal color benchmarks, non-standard metallic or vintage finishes lack fixed color swatch references, making 100% color uniformity across all products impossible.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance sale items or gift cards. All individual pulls in sample order are non-returnable because they are shipped from Chinese factory.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Alternatively, you can contact us via email (goo-ki1@outlook.com) to apply for an exchange: simply inform us of the specific product you wish to return and exchange for, and our team will directly update your original order to process both the return of the current item and the fulfillment of your desired replacement, streamlining the entire exchange procedure for your convenience.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
